Staying here felt like being in a modern spaceship parked in the bustling heart of Osaka. the direct underground access to the subway was like having a secret passage to another world—no need to dodge street performers or sumo-sized crowds when commuting! It made every outing feel like an adventure in convenience levels rarely achieved on Earth.

Our location was ideal and magnificent, near a railway station. Went to Symposium for drink or two, set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The unit we got was spotless and big with outstanding views, tablets, as for instance.

the room was large and having air conditioner, a personal safe, and a sofa bed in it was handy. during trip everything was brand-new and we would come here again.

This fabulous hotel is beyond compare. the property is clean. - the room is reasonably large. - Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. - You can park your car on-site. - the hotel is in an ideal location in the Namba area.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely stunning! The grand entrance and the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the hotel made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious museum. As a senior, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The spacious corridors and the conveniently located elevators made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any trouble.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and understanding towards our needs. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit unaware of how to assist us effectively.
